NTHDC held its 2nd annual Owner Agent State Conference on July 20, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Westshore Hotel. Over 175 guests attended the conference from all across the state. Session topics ranged from Evictions to the EIV System. We would like to thank our Special Guest Speakers, Attorney Rhonda E. Stringer of Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons P.A. Ms. Stringer presented a session on the topic of Evictions. Lt. Keith O’Connor and CPP Maryanne Hunsberger from the Tampa Police Department also presented a session on Safer Communities.
