Notice to
Property Owners and Management Agents
Subject: HAP Contract Renewals
HUD has
revised contracts for all pending (unfunded and unexecuted) contracts and
future contract renewals. This will require the replacement of
contracts which you have already submitted to us for renewal. This does not
affect contracts that have already been executed and funded.
We are
very interested in facilitating the timely replacement of your contract when
funding is received. We hope to receive funding from HUD in the very near
future, and will be sending replacement contracts for the signature of the
owner at that time. Upon receipt, please have the owner execute the
contract and sign immediately and return to NTHDC so we can complete the
process as soon as possible.
