NTHDC is essentially assuming the role that HUD filled regarding compliance oversight, pertaining to Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts. NTHDC will conduct management and occupancy reviews, adjust contract rents, process contract terminations, respond to health and safety issues and follow up on results of physical inspections and income matching. NTHDC is also tasked with renewing HAP contracts in addition to processing and disbursing monthly voucher payments.

NTHDC has constructed this portion of the site to give Owner/Agents the resources to find contract assignment information (by both region and property), answer frequently asked questions, provide contract renewal assistance and describe NTHDC's procedure and guidelines.
