- Monitor REAC Physical Inspection results
- Management/Occupancy/Fair Housing Review responses
- Requests about payment of a specific voucher
What activities require shared processing?
- Processing Contracts Opt-Outs and terminations
- Approval of MIO Plans for inspections < 60
- Rent increases over 5% or 2nd level appeals
- Coordination within HUD branches
- Management reviews needing enforcement
- Second-level appeals of reviews or rent adjustments
* As a general rule, anything governed by the Regulatory Agreement, Mortgage, Mortgage Note or Use Agreement, is processed by the local HUD Office.
