Dear Owners, Agents, and Industry Colleagues,
As NTHDC begins our 20th anniversary as your PBCA, we want to thank you for your continued partnership. Navigating the ever-evolving regulations like HOTMA and NSPIRE have proven to be challenges for all of us, but we are happy to continue to serve as a resource for you and we continue to strive to provide you with guidance and assistance as we begin to implement these changes.
Please keep in mind that key elements of the new HOTMA regulations must be implemented by the end of May, so be sure to read the article provided in this newsletter for more information. As further HOTMA guidance is issued, we will be sure to keep you up to date. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any specific questions.
NTHDC Staff will be at the SAHMA Conference in April presenting sessions on MORs and Special Claims. We will also be at the Leading Age Conference in July presenting information on Vouchers. We look forward to seeing you there!
