4350.1 Ch. 6 Implementation Delay

June 30, 2009

The implementation of the HUD 4350.1 Ch. 6 has been delayed until September 29, 2009 to allow HUD staff time to review and consider all comments and questions.

HUD still encourages Owners and Agents as well as other Industry Partners to comment on the revised guidance. Please send all comments and questions via e-mail to PPSDCommunications@hud.gov by August 20, 2009. Please ensure that you put Chapter 6, 4350.1 in the subject line.
