Final Fiscal Year 2011 Fair Market Rents

HUD has published the final Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 Fair Market Rents (FMRs) on the HUD USER website. Effective October 1, 2010, the final FY 2011 FMRs will be published in print in the Federal Register on Monday, October 4, 2010 and in the electronic version of the Federal Register on Friday, October 1, 2010. FMRs are used in the Housing Choice Voucher, Moderate Rehabilitation, project-based voucher, and other programs requiring their use.
