Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program, and Other Programs Fiscal Year 2019

The FY2019 Fair Market Rents (FMRs) have been released and will become effective 10/1/2018 – unless HUD receives a request for reevaluation of a specific area FMRs.  This notice describes the methods used to calculate the FY2019 FMRs and outlines the procedures for PHAs and other interested parties to request reevaluations of their FMRs, as required by HOTMA.
