Please note that theActive Partners Performance System(APPS) system was recently updated with the following changes:
o Transitioning from paper HUD 2530 to electronic filing of the Previous Participation Certification: When you have a change in your entity (for example, new board members) that would normally require you to submit a new HUD 2530 to your Project Manager, you can use the opportunity to transition to the APPS system. Only the new participants need to certify their records. First the coordinator would submit a baseline with all participants, both those approved and those that are new. Then you would initiate the property submission, but only the new participants need certify. For more details about how to submit an APPS, you may refer to the APPS Industry User Guide at:

o Reasons and roles for a property submission. The choices have expanded. When you make a property submission in APPS, please review the entire drop down list to be sure you select the one that best describes your role and reason for submission.
