60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Multifamily Financial Management Template

HUD is allowing a 60-day comment period for reinstatement of OMB 2502-0551 expiring 9/30/18.  Information covers owners of HUD insured and/or HUD assisted properties requirement to submit annual financial statements to HUD via the internet in the HUD prescribed format and chart of accounts, and in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
