HUD has updated and released new versions of both the Contract Renewal Request Form (HUD 9624) and the OCAF Rent Adjustment Worksheet (HUD 9625), which are both available on HUDClips. Please ensure you are utilizing the most up-to-date versions with the expiration date of 04/30/2027.
